James Mikulski – Cad Technician, LEED-AP

 

Mr. Mikulski is an apprentice architect and has been with PFDA since 2006. His role with PFDA is to assist in research, site planning, design and the production of design and construction drawings.

 

Mr. Mikulski attended the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and received his Bachelor of Architecture in 2006. Jim is a LEED certified design professional and is currently in the process of completing his architectural licensing program.

 

The project experience for Mr. Mikulski includes the following projects:

 

PFDA Architects Corporate Offices, Oak Brook, IL – 5,500 sq.ft. - Preparation of Construction Documents

 

Elston and Logan Shopping Center, Chicago, IL -50,000 sq.ft. - Site planning and preparation of construction drawings.

 

Landlord work and tenant build-out drawings for retail centers in multiple locations throughout the U.S.

 

Interior Office Renovation, 38th Floor at 150 N Michigan Ave., Chicago, IL – preparation of construction drawings.
